Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for the following reasons:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your package was lost in transit, and you provided the correct address

How to Start an Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Email our team at hello@into7C.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange. For damaged or incorrect items, include a photo.
  2. Follow Instructions: Our team will respond within 5 business days with detailed instructions for the exchange process.


Returns

We accept returns for unworn, unwashed, or damaged items within 15 days of purchase or if you received the wrong item. For size-related issues, see the exchange policy above.

How to Start a Return:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at hello@into7C.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and a clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Follow Instructions: We’ll provide detailed return instructions within 5 business days.
  3. Ship It Back: Package the item securely in its original packaging, including all tags, and use your preferred shipping method to send it back to us.


Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
